Abe Laydon Elected to Douglas County Board of County Commissioners

Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC is pleased to announce that Abe Laydon, a member of the firm, has been elected to the Douglas County Board of County Commissioners for District 1.

by his commitment to serving his community. His leadership will be a tremendous asset to Douglas County,” he continued.

Mr. Laydon presently serves on the Douglas County Planning Commission and has extensive experience with land use applications, zoning, and subdivision regulations. He is a member of the Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Laydon has also served as an officer and member of Denver Active 20-30 benefiting underprivileged youth and the Metro Denver Board of Christian Legal Society.

Mr. Laydon is a member of Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC. His law practice emphasizes complex real estate matters including development, entitlements, leasing, condemnation, foreclosure, and conveyancing of office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, hotels, restaurants, apartment complexes, condominiums, and vacant land.
