2 New Programs Starting the Week of February 24th at The Forge at NoCO
The Forge at NoCo announces two NEW 7 week programs starting the week of February 24th. Both programs are aimed to help our client-athletes excel at their sport, hobby, or fitness challenge.
1) Sunday Strength/Speed Program- Geared towards college, HS, and middle school athletes. Classes will be Sunday afternoon. We will cover movement, mobility, strength, and speed.
2) Forge Fire Adult Program- Geared toward adult client-athletes. Classes will be Monday and Wednesday mornings. Open to adults beginning their fitness journey and experienced fitness enthusiasts. We will cover movement, mobility, strength, and decision-making games.
We will be holding a FREE “Learn and Move” session at the Chamber of Commerce offices on Thursday, February 21st from 10:30-11:30. The goal of the “Learn and Move” session is to show attendees how we assess movement and help attendees find their movement “blind spots.”
