SilverEdge Business Development Representative -

Reports To: Direct Sales Manager
Status:  Hourly, paid twice per month
Location: Loveland, CO

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Required (Gotta know it / have it)

Proven experience as a prospector, lead generator, relationship builder, and sales professional.
Dependable and enjoys being a part of the SilverEdge team.
Good at being organized and appreciate being held accountable to goals
Enjoy being a leader and a team player.
Feel confident about making 100+ calls per day.
Communicates effectively and persuasively and demonstrates experience converting warm-calls into sales.
Possesses strong ethical standards to “do the right thing” for your clients (both internal and external).
High school diploma or GED required

Preferred (Would be terrific if you had some of these)

1+ year outbound cold calling and/or customer service experience.
Working knowledge of computer, technology, and MS Office applications.
Competitive nature.

Plus (This would be the cherry on top!)

Prior experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Desire to advance with SilverEdge as it grows.
Previous experience working with a call flow/script.

YOUR CAREER PATH AND COMPENSATION

This position offers a competitive base wage, starting at $12.50/hr, and the opportunity to earn bonuses for hitting key performance metrics (goals). Upon success in this role, you will have the opportunity to move into an Account Executive position that would increase your base wage, starting at $14.00/hr, and the potential to earn bonuses and residual income.
