We are looking for a Program Director who has…
 5+ years of related professional work experience, including 2 years supervising and leading teams
 Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field with relevant licensing up-to-date, i.e. LPC, LCSW
 Working knowledge of the complexities of generational poverty
 Understanding of workforce development, economic development and their relationship to our work
 Advanced technology skills; proficient in MSExcel and case management systems like SalesForce
 Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement
