We are looking for a Program Director who has…
5+ years of related professional work experience, including 2 years supervising and leading teams
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field with relevant licensing up-to-date, i.e. LPC, LCSW
Working knowledge of the complexities of generational poverty
Understanding of workforce development, economic development and their relationship to our work
Advanced technology skills; proficient in MSExcel and case management systems like SalesForce
Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement
