Our ideal candidates have a Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school, are licensed to practice in Colorado and have a minimum of five years’ related experience in all aspects of real estate transactions.

Responsibility Summary:

The Real Estate Transaction Attorney guides and executes all legal aspects of real estate transactions and provides legal advice and direction to the development, leasing and real estate management teams. The Attorney is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Transaction Manager and the Legal Assistant to ensure priorities and goals are met.
