Payroll Assistant - Journey Employer Solutions

  • Hours are: 10:30am – 5pm (with 30-minute lunch for a total of 30/week)
  • Packaging Payrolls (Print Room & Postage)
  • Drop off Mail at the End of the Day
  • Schedule Courier Pick-Ups
  • Scanning Files
  • Pulling Payroll Reports for Clients when Requested
  • Updating PTO Balances When Needed
  • Handle POA’s Submittals
  • Assisting with General Payroll Duties
  • Possess a high level of emotional intelligence, shown in their compassion and empathy;
  • Know how to be positive and lead with a smile.
  • Part-Time with Potential for Full-Time Opportunity
