Office Manager - Shaw & Associates

We are a full-service CPA firm located in Fort Collins, CO who specializes in serving small and medium-sized businesses as well as individuals throughout Northern Colorado. We provide expert support and insight to your personal or business finances and we are committed to quality and integrity at affordable rates. Our firm is currently looking for a full-time Office Manager to add to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties include:
    • Ensuring the highest level of service to our clients
    • Monitoring the workflow of the team and their diverse schedules
    • Providing feedback on critical items to management
    • Maintenance of client database
    • Maintenance of electronic filing system
    • Phone, Mail, Calendar, etc.
    • Processing client documents and final products
    • Assist with collecting outstanding fees or forms to sign
  • The perfect candidate also would be able to perform the following marketing duties:
    • Manage and produce monthly electronic newsletter
    • Manage social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn
    • Manage website and blog
    • Collaborate with others to identify, develop, and execute firm marketing plan
    • Oversee all marketing efforts & business development

  • Must have flexibility to work additional hours during busy season

Experience/Requirements:

  • Demonstrates commitment to long-term success in a position
  • Administrative or other customer service experience
  • Proven experience in an office/professional setting
