Qualities and Skills:

Extremely comfortable using computers

–  Gmail, Calendar, Doodle, Calendly and other tools for scheduling

–  Google apps/Microsoft Office to do transcriptions, prepare reports

–  Google Docs/Drive, Dropbox for information sharing and management

–  Solve360 CRM and Project Management task and information entry

–  Travel, meal and lodging scheduling online tools

–  Quickbooks Online for finance tasks

 – Assessment systems (Talent Insights, LPI360, TKI, etc.)

 – Social media including Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn

 – Squarespace for website updates

Maintains confidentiality of sensitive topics and sound judgment on sharing information

Responsibilities include:

High-touch personal support for clients and internal team

o  Provides administrative support to the CEO. Screens emails and responds where appropriate, proactively schedules meetings and tasks for CEO, arranges travel and documents expenses.

o  Ensures frequent communication and coordination with the CEO, COO, and staff

o  Schedules and confirms meetings with clients

Creates a functional and welcoming office environment

o  Serves as receptionist; screens, prioritizes, and distributes calls, mail, office emails, and visitors; answers inquiries and requests, refers to appropriate staff

o  Maintains the outward face of Trebuchet Group in person and on the phone

o  Ensures office is clean and professional, meeting rooms prepared

o  Manages office supplies and equipment

Supports internal and external events

o  Arranges venues, refreshments, and materials

o  Arranges assessments and pre-work for clients

o  Transcribes workshop notes and creates first-draft reports

o  Mails books and supplies to clients

Manages information

o  Maintains filing system and records archive, as well as general organization of office

o  Supports effective communications through social media and website updates

o  Enters expenses, pays bills, creates invoices, and balances accounts

 

Compensation and Expectations:

This is a regular full-time position, with an average of 40 hours per week, compensated in the range of $3000 – $4000 / month based on qualifications. Benefits include health care, Simple IRA match, holidays, vacation, and profit sharing. Involved in training, teambuilding, and business improvement efforts.

This role is primarily in person in our Fort Collins office, with some remote work possible. Normal hours are Mon.-Fri., 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; there is some flexibility in this schedule that can be negotiated.
