SNELLING seeks a full-time, direct hire Customer Services Representative for our Ft. Collins’ client.  If you seek an excellent career with growth potential and have a calming, solutions-oriented attitude, read on!

This is a Monday through Friday career opportunity to provide consumer services, including resolving all aspects of billing, collections, and utility service issues. In addition, you will provide assistance to field representatives and work as an integral part of a team. Leadership mentality preferred!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years’ experience in consumer services and billing resolution
  • Amazing customer service skills
  • Solid computer and communication skills
  • Excellent integrity and professional demeanor
  • Professional references, background and drug screen will be required

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Utility and/or cooperative experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • College degree

Client offers competitive wages ($40-41K, first year with semi-annual increases) and a comprehensive benefits package.
