Full Time Mental Health Therapist - IOME Guilt Free Self Care

IOME is looking for a great candidate to add positivity and expertise to the mission of providing guilt free self-care to men and women. IOME takes a comprehensive and preventative approach with our members and supports each in meeting goals for overall wellness.
IOME Trained Supporters are responsible to provide the following for each IOME member assigned:
- Individual consultation (one-hour session)
- Identify and document individual holistic goals based on intake
- Offer weekly check-ins via an online messaging portal
- Conduct monthly therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person
- Provide additional therapy, coaching, and/or accountability sessions as needed
- Provide appropriate recommendations to IOME partners based on member needs
- Encourage regular participation in IOME events and monthly sessions
- Provide weekly Onsite Mental Health Support to assigned employer sites using brief intervention and solutions-focused approach
Therapeutic / Coaching Responsibilities:
- Apply developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Focus on preventative mental health care by evaluating warning signs and encouraging self-care
- Hold members accountable for their overall wellness goals
- Effectively work through obstacles members face when trying to meet their overall goals
- Primarily offer a solution-focused and positive psychology approach
- Uphold Federal, State, and IOME guidelines for confidentiality and member management
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Support program development by assisting in administrative duties
Other responsibilities:
- Attend monthly supervision with Becky to offer case review, feedback, updates, and concerns
- Attend weekly meetings with Becky to review program development and other administrative duties as necessary
- Maintain fiscal responsibility when billing for services as applicable
- Highly encouraged to attend IOME monthly events
- Keep well organized and accurate client information and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as a positive member of the team
- Network with others who may benefit from IOME services
- Collaborate with Becky, other IOME business partners, and members to ensure member success
Qualifications for Trained Supporter:
- Competent in therapeutic and coaching interventions
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or degree similar
- Preferred: Fully licensed in state of Colorado to practice mental health (willing to discuss if not fully licensed)
- 1+ year of experience in mental health services
- Confident with the positive psychology approach
- Advocate for self care and preventative mental health
- Strong skill set in relationship building skills and rapport building
- Willingness to provide services onsite and virtually
- Program development and administrative experience
- Working knowledge of Colorado rules and regulations for practicing mental health
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others involved in IOME
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and passionate about the IOME mission
