JOB TITLE:  Executive Director
FLSA CLASSIFICATION:  Exempt

EMPLOYMENT STATUS:  Full-Time
SALARY RANGE:  $110,000.00 to $125,000.00

WORK HOURS:  40+ hours per week, days and schedules may vary
REPORTS TO:  Respite Care, Inc. Board of Directors
