Development Director - Pathways

Pathways has embarked on an $8 million capital campaign to build a freestanding inpatient care center adjacent to our Fort Collins offices, and we are seeking an additional experienced development professional to ensure success in this mission-critical campaign.

This position develops and oversees fundraising strategies and all aspects of fundraising programs.  Creates fundraising goals and solicits funds to meet these goals.  Identifies new donor bases and organizes initiatives to solicit funding.  Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.  Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  Performs a variety of tasks.  Directs and oversees all internal processes related to multi-channel solicitations, gift entry, record-keeping, moves management, reporting, and stewardship.  A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
