We are seeking candidates to fill the important role of Development & Communications Associate on Team Awesome. Our team is small, and each person is essential in the successful accomplishment of our mission. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine creativity with key strengths in the areas of relationship management, project management, and communications, in order to strengthen and expand donor relationships at Project Self-Sufficiency.

 

We are looking for candidates who have…

  • 1-3 years of experience in engaging and serving donors
  • Stellar project management, communications and execution skill sets
  • The demeanor and integrity to interact with donors in a manner that validates their generous support of Project Self-Sufficiency
  • Alignment with our team’s values of excellence, respect, selfpower, opportunity, accountability and connectedness
  • An understanding of the self-sufficiency challenges in Larimer County, particularly for single-parent families
