What You Need to Succeed:
* Reliability and flexibility
* Phenomenal customer service skills
* Ability to listen to and empathize with the customer and offer solutions that fit the situation
* Desire to represent the client and their services to the absolute best of your ability
* Minimum HS diploma or equivalent
* Financial services experience a plus
