Business Manager- Fort Collins Pinot’s Palette Sip & Paint Studio -

This is a full time position.  Starting wage is $12.00 per hour.
Pinot’s Palette, a leader in the paint-and-sip industry, has an immediate need for a dedicated business manager. If you have experience and business skills and want to work in a fun and entertaining environment, this is a job you. Customers service, money management and marketing skills will be essential for this job. The ideal person must have an outgoing personality, strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, positive attitude and the ability to work quickly and energetically with our team of artists.
Responsibilities include:
• Must be a leader among the team
• Must have previous Business Management experience
• Must possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Positive, professional and team-oriented attitude with excellent customer service
• Must be able to handle sensitive information with the highest of confidentiality
• Must provide excellent customer service in person, on the telephone and by email
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Detail oriented and very organized
• Work well with little supervision
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Abide by all company policies and procedures

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop
• Must be well versed in social media
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage the weekly cash flow sheet and deposits
• Will help with recruiting, hiring and training new staff members
• Flexible schedule with ability to change and fill in as needed
• Review and maintain the website.
***MUST BE RELIABLE AND AVAILABLE NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS
***This is a full-time position with a probationary period.
***While our schedule is flexible, we still have policies and procedures that must be followed.

Preferred Education/Experience:
Business Degree or degree in related field preferred but NOT mandatory
Management experience preferred but NOT mandatory
Experience in customer service preferred
