Business Development Associate – Payroll Vault - Payroll Vault

Payroll Vault, a company that provides full service payroll processing for small and medium-sized businesses in Northern Colorado, is looking for a Business Development and Sales Representative to expand its presence in the Northern Colorado market.

For small and medium-sized business owners, outsourcing payroll is more cost-effective and efficient, so this is an easy sell for someone that thrives in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales and has experience building and maintaining relationships with small business owners in Northern Colorado.

Your primary role would be to use your networking skills to bring in new clients and businesses in the Fort Collins/Greeley area. This position does not require previous payroll sales experience or previous sales experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Business-to-Business client/customer service experience
• Knowledge of the local business community in Northern Colorado and ability to network and connect with small and medium-sized business owners
• Excellent networking skills combined with a willingness to cold call/canvas when needed
• Client-focused — consultative approach to sales
• Dynamic personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, can work independently to achieve goals
