Branch/Sales Manager - MTS Mobile Staffing Services, LLC

We are seeking a Branch/Sales Manager for our Fort Collins location. You will be responsible for sales, customer service and the effective daily operational management and profitable operation of the Fort Collins Branch. Candidate will posses minimum 1 year successful sales experience, strong customer service skills, a strong sense of urgency and motivation. Must be organized, confident and personable and extremely reliable. Must possess strong computer skills, the ability to multi task in a high paced environment and a valid drivers license. Half the time will be spent in field for customer site visits, customer relations and sales. Will also have to perform basic administrative and reporting duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales, Customer Service, Client and Employee Relations, Recruiting and Employee Placement
  • Oversee daily operational activities for a staffing agency
  • Screen and process prospective employees and dispatch accordingly
  • Meet with clientele and prospective leads weekly
  • Process sales reports and prospectus, budget reports and weekly narratives
  • Hold on-site safety visits and safety meetings at various job sites and locations

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and effective communications skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi task efficiently and quickly
  • Ability to show individual and group accountability
  • Must have a clean driving record and have the ability to pass a background check
