Board Member (volunteer position) - Friends of Lory State Park
Friends of Lory State Park is dedicated to the protection, preservation, and enhancement of the Park. The group provides volunteer assistance to Park management of Lory State Park, working to foster stewardship, enhance educational and recreational opportunities in partnership with the Park, and advocates for quality programs for visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
The Friends of Lory State Park is governed by an unpaid, all-volunteer, working Board of Directors. Current board members have expertise in natural resource management, outdoor recreation management, accounting, journalism and communication, human and veterinary medicine, business management, education, and public-private partnerships. We are currently seeking to fill two Board openings: Treasurer and member at-large.
