Qualifications and Education RequirementsCollege degree or equivalent business experience with 2 or more years direct outside selling experience. Preferred SkillsThe number one skill required for our representatives is the ability to “PROSPECT” for new school clients from our target audience. One must “listen” to client needs and have the ability to effectively communicate how our product can save the school money and how to reduce their carbon-footprint.
PAY We offer a base salary and commissions that could boost your income to over $100,000. Health Insurance, matching 401K, and stock options are available. IN ADDITION TO CONSUMPTION COST THE DEMAND CHARGE IS WHAT OUR DATA WRANGLER ATTACKS! AFTER OUR DATA WRANGLER SOFTWARE IS INSTALLED, WE COMPLETE A VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION OF THE DATA WE ARE RECEIVING. WE VERIFY THAT THE POWER THE UTILITY IS CHARGING OUR CLIENT IS ACCURATE, AND WE VALIDATE THAT THE KWH USED, AND THE TARIFFS ARE CORRECT. CLOCworks will pay the upfront cost for installation of our data capturing equipment and software in exchange for a portion of the total energy costs savings each month. There is no risk to the prospective client. A fixed monthly fee option is available to clients that wish to have a low rate fixed monthly licensing fee for the software. Under this program the client pays a discounted installation cost for the meters and equipment and then pays a fixed monthly fee for the licensing software. The fee is reduced based on the length of the contract. Typically, we save the average client 10% to 20% on their energy bills. We have two ways clients can pay for our data-as-a service, fixed fee or share savings.
