Powerful Tools for Caregivers

A 6-week program focusing on caring for yourself while caring for someone else. Powerful Tools for Caregivers covers 35 tools for caregivers to avoid burnout, lessen stress, and strengthen communication.
Caregivers meet for two hours per week and learn how to:
– Identify and find ways to reduce stress
– Improve self-confidence in coping with caregiving demands
– Ways to communicate difficult emotions
– Find community resources
