Poudre RiverFest

January 1, 1970 @ 12:00 am

The Poudre RiverFest is a free, family-friendly festival that celebrates the Poudre River, promotes restoration, and educates people about our river corridor, an important natural resource in our community. The festival features engaging virtual content and safe in-person activities for children and adults to explore the role of the river as an important habitat for wildlife, a lively recreation area, and a source for clean drinking water.
Join us for a day of ‘virtual wildlife watching’ as we explore this scenic river’s native flora and fauna. Learn more about the Poudre’s diverse habitats, and why so many plants and animals are attracted to its banks. Along the way, we’ll encounter some of the most interesting inhabitants. You’ll also get some tips for exploring on your own and learn how you can help conserve and restore habitat for wildlife through everyday actions.
