NoCo Housing NOW All Partnership Meeting
You are invited to the next NoCo Housing NOW All Partnership Meeting.
Join us at 10:30 a.m. on March 19, 2021, for a presentation from Colorado Housing Affordability Project (CHAP), a volunteer effort representing diverse expertise in housing policy and development within the state. CHAP representatives will be sharing an 8-point platform that seeks to remove zoning barriers to the development of affordable forms of housing. The platform would:
- Not cost taxpayers additional money
- Not require any additional funding from already strapped state and local budgets
- Apply only in counties with populations of 50,000 or more
- Make a big difference in the ability of the market to deliver affordable housing units
This session will also include an update from Neighbor-to-Neighbor on their programs to assist homeowners and renters in Weld and Larimer Counties at risk of foreclosure or eviction.
