Presented by Kristi Hess, Omni Employment Management Services
Tuesday, August 9 11:30-1:00pm
Fort Collins Area Chamber, 225 S. Meldrum
If you have exempt/salaried staff members that make less than $913.00 per week ($47,500 annualized base), you will (most likely) need to comply with the Department of Labor’s new regulations that go into effect December 1, 2016.
Here’s What You Need to Know: Anyone earning less than $913.00 per week;
- Is now (most likely) entitled to overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a week
- Is now required to track and account for all hours worked within respective time keeping periods
How you make and communicate required adjustments to an individual’s current salaried compensation is up to you, and there are several options you might consider. Join us on August 9th to discuss where to go from here, and how you might implement these changes with a minimal amount of disruption and cost to your employees and organization.
Cost is $15/person and includes lunch and seminar materials. Lunch and networking activities will begin at 11:30 a.m. in the Fort Collins Area Chamber Board Room, 225 S. Meldrum St. Registration for this event is due by Noon on Monday, August 8. Please call after 12pm. No walk up registration is available for this event.
