Longing for Light, Love & Hope

In place of our originally scheduled concert, Beethoven’s Missa Solemnis, and in response to the weariness we all feel from the ongoing pandemic, Artistic Director Michael Krueger has cast a vision for a concert of healing and hope for our community. At 7:30 p.m. on March 31, 2022 and 2:00 pm on April 2, 2022 at First United Methodist Church, the Larimer Chorale will present Longing for Light, Love & Hope at First United Methodist Church. This concert will feature Ola Gjeilo’s inspiring Sunrise Mass for choir and string orchestra, along with other pieces that we hope will fill the hearts of singers and audience members with light and hope. Our concert will conclude with “Flight Song” by Kin Andre Arnesen with poetry by Euan Tait.

Our goal is to keep all of our attendees, singers, musicians, and staff safe and healthy! Thank you for cooperating with the protocols listed below:
Each attendee must provide proof of vaccination or a valid negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of the performance (home tests are accepted), and wear a mask at all times inside the venue. Please plan to arrive early for entrance checks. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
