Healthy Feet Workshop

Do you have foot pain, bunions, flat feet, hammer toes, plantar fasciitis (heel pain), neuromas, achilles tendonitis, or just plain old stiff and achy feet?
Then this workshop is for you!!
In this workshop we will explore basic anatomy and biomechanics of the foot/ankle complex. Prevention and management strategies for common dysfunctions will be covered. You will learn corrective exercises that you can adapt to fit your individual needs, establish new movement patterns and walk out with a healthier pair of feet. Let’s nerd out together!!
