Free* Screening of EX LIBRIS: New York Public Library

Celebrate National Library Week by joining Poudre River Public Library District and The Lyric for a free* screening of the acclaimed documentary “Ex Libris: New York Public Library” by famed director Frederick Wiseman.

*Admission to the screening is free with a Poudre River Public Library District library card. Limit one ticket per library card. Get your free ticket in-person at The Lyric any time prior to the screening OR grab tickets online (with a small service fee added) at http://lyriccinema.com/movie/ex-libris-new-york-public-library/. If claiming a ticket online, one library card is still required to be presented for each ticket for admittance.

The film also examines the library’s recent transformation into a more comprehensive community center and reveals a “venerable place of welcome, cultural exchange, and intellectual creativity.”
