Discussion Topics:

This presentation will highlight the benefits of leveraging older Coloradan’s talent, overcoming stereotypes connected to age, steps to improve access to the entire Talent Pipeline,  and how this could improve your company’s productivity and profitability in today’s economy.

  • As talent shortages hinder business growth, expansion and our ability to get work done, we need innovative solutions. Hiring, retaining and leveraging the strengths and experience of older Coloradans can be part of the solution
  • Research shows that older Americans are healthier, better educated and more technology-savvy than in the past. Additionally, their skills and experience, loyalty, and networks of professional contacts can be tremendous assets to our businesses.

This workshop is a no cost service provided by: Changing the Narrative, Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development, Partnership for Age-Friendly Communities in Larimer County, and Talent 2.0

Lunch will be provided. Please register early, limited space available.
