FoCo Book Fest: Brewin’ Up Books

A free, one-day public literary festival that includes author visits, book signings, writers’ workshops, speaker presentations, readings, panel discussions, and more. This year’s theme, “Brewin’ Up Books,” gives a nod to the community’s expansive brewing culture by highlighting writers, authors, and topics around beer, coffee, tea, and more.

Featured presenters include Governor John Hickenlooper; New Belgium brew master Peter Bouckaert; poet Katrina Roberts; beer expert Horst Dornbusch; local Colorado authors; and many others.

More information about the event, including a schedule of sessions, how to register for writing workshops, and how to pick up a free ticket to Gov. Hickenlooper’s presentation is available online at

The FoCo Book Fest is produced by Poudre River Public Library District in partnership with CSU Morgan Library.
