(VFLA) is a full capacity architecture firm with locations in Fort Collins, Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming. The firm offers comprehensive architectural services including architectural design, interior design, land planning, graphic design, and construction phase services. VFLA is led by Justin Larson and Chris Aronson.

Justin Larson attended Montana State University where he obtained a Master of Architecture degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in environmental design. He has achieved numerous and diverse awards throughout his career, including the 2010 Governor’s Choice award for Windsor Town Hall and the 2008 Architect’s Choice and People’s Choice Awards for the Hatfield Residence. Justin’s approach to architecture is multifaceted and enthusiastic. From client needs to conceptual sketches, to considerations for sustainability and cutting-edge construction methods, Justin’s passion for all facets of architecture and design is apparent through each phase of every project. Justin resides in Fort Collins, eats burritos for every meal, and is registered in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska and New Mexico.

Chris Aronson joined the VFLA team in 2011 as a project manager, obtained his architecture license in 2013, and was promoted to Partner in 2014. Since then, he has become a Principal in the firm and continues to move our firm forward with his innovation and charisma. He started his career in 2006 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Chris is all about the process of design and how it melds art and science; from conceptual sketches and micro diagrams to the finished product, he is fascinated with the formation of space. Turning clients’ goals into three-dimensional space is his passion. Chris is also a Fort Collins native, a foodie, and an avid runner who has competed in over 35 half-marathons.
