Everything Colorado for this Wine & Chocolate pairing at Pinot’s Palette!
Wine Tasting with Talon Wine Brands and chocolates from Nuance Chocolates in Fort Collins!
Wine that we will be tasting is:
1. St. Kathryn Cellars Peach Passion. Made from 100% peaches. No grapes here!
2. Talon Pinot Grigio. Dry yet fruity with hints of mango, citrus and star fruit. Very refreshing!
3. Talon Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromatic and fruit forward with notes of black current and cherry. Very smooth going down.
4. Chocolate Cherry Honey from the Meadery of the Rockies. Sumptuous flavor of cherries and honey! Rich and delicious, like chocolate covered cherries.
