Civics @ Your Library: Understanding the U.S. Constitution

Join Rabbi Hillel Katzir, J.D., in an overview of the United States Constitution and how and why it was adopted. Included in this presentation will be a discussion of the original Articles of the Constitution as well as the Amendments. Participants will come away with a better understanding of the role and importance of the courts in interpreting the Constitution. This is the second in a three-part series on civic engagement.
