Session Description: This session will holistically explore what it takes to keep labor markets healthy and job fulfilling. It explores a multiple of dimensions of jobs and labor markets with a specific focus on the industrial mix that makes up the economy of Northern Colorado. While this session explores both the pros and cons of minimum wage, it goes further to explore multiple aspects of jobs to better understand job quality and resulting labor market health.
