Many businesses quickly pivoted to work from home in response to COVID-19. Critical businesses continued to have employees working in the office and in the community, but with safety precautions. Now, as vaccines become available and more people are vaccinated, some employers are considering returning to the office.

Tina Harkness, employment law attorney and the Director of Employers Council’s Northern Regional Office, will discuss what steps employers should take to ease employees’ return to the office.  Employers must remain vigilant about safety and stay on top of public health requirements and guidance as they adapt to the “new normal” workplace.
