Tom+Chee opened its first Colorado location on Friday, April 10 in Fort Collins. The 70-seat, 2,275-square-foot restaurant is located at 2909 E Harmony Rd #2, Fort Collins, CO 80528.

“We’re excited to introduce Tom+Chee to the Fort Colins Chamber of Commerce and the Fort Collins community as a whole,” said Ryan Neff, Co-Owner/Operator of the Fort Collins location and local resident/CSU Grad, who will operate the store alongside his family. “Tom+Chee puts a gourmet, fun spin on a classic comfort food. With all of the fresh and fun ingredients, build-your-own options and vegan, vegetarian and gluten free offerings, we are living up to the ‘choice’ in our town;s nickname, The Choice City!”

Tom+Chee has been exceptionally well received into the community, even taking home the prestegous “Peoples Choice” award at this years Taste of Fort Collins festival. Specializing in tomato soup and grilled cheese, Tom+Chee is known for its fresh ingredients and quirky takes on comfort food classics. From the vegetarian Hippy+Chee to the offbeat Grilled Cheese Donut, Tom+Chee offers 20+ grilled cheese sandwiches, plus fresh salads, three versions of tomato soup, and an endless array of specials. The entire menu is made fresh, with no fryers, freezers or microwaves, and offers a variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. An upcoming Beer and Wine license will only add to the varaiety available and make for some awesome food pairings.

Originally started as a food tent in Cincinnati, Tom+Chee has enjoyed explosive growth since the founders pitched their business on ABC’s “Shark Tank” in May 2013 and has also been featured on The Chew, The Travel Channel’s Man vs Food Nation, and Amazing Eats, and the Today Show named their Grilled Cheese Doughnut one of the “Best Sandwiches in America”.
